I thought it was good at first, but some aspects disappointed me. The shower had very little water pressure. The twin beds felt firmer than my liking. Breakfast costed €17 per person.

the room included free coffee tea and water on every floor it was a convenient amenity the breakfast offered a rich selection including good coffee with decaf options. i found the beds and pillows comfortable i slept well each night of my stay
the hotel was very strict about the check-out time a late check-out fee applied even for being 20 minutes late

i found the staff friendly and supportive they were always smiling. the room was clean it had new furniture. the building interiors and reception hall are colourful and nicely decorated i found it aesthetically pleasing.
the hotel is very strict about the check-out time even being 20 minutes late results in a late checkout fee. i wish this was specified clearly at check-in.

cold showerrude staff
The hot water wasn't working! i checked in late and nobody told me. i had to take a cold shower. also, one of the reception guys was super rude when i asked for help with my lost luggage. he made it seem like i was bothering him. It was frustrating.
